DIET PILL HELP, please.

So there I was, standing in the aisle at CVS, looking at diet pills.  There are so many, and I don't know what I'm looking at.  I've done some online research, but I don't really know what to trust.  So after a worried look from a pharmacist organizing the aisle, I left.

I really need someones help...I just want to know maybe what you use, or what you've heard was really good.  I need an actual person's take on these things, not just what a website is telling me.  Please help <3

I need something with low caffiene, low price ($20-$30), and no awful side effects.

  1. Hello,
I was passing through, and I saw your blog. I'm a fan already. I've struggled with anorexia for 3 years, and I know it's a rough battle.
In regards to your diet pill question, I'll answer honestly. -but it's not going to be the answer you want. Diet pills really don't work. Trust me, I've tried. Mostly, diet pills make you regulate going to the bathroom more. Which gets rid of water weight. I've always used water pills or laxatives. But laxatives can caus ulcers in the stomach, and you DO NOT want those. I suggest water pills. Take a few of them. I use to take 5, but I'd be slow to the dose. Stomach pain happens.
The water pills will make you pee, a lot. You'll lose water weight, and it will help your self esteem a lot. Kiwi cleanse is sold at Sams, and it does the same effect. It clears out everything.
Aside from those, diet pills really are just mind over matter. If there was really a diet pill out there, that worked, everyone would be buying it..and would be thin as can be.

I hope I was some sort of help.
I really like your site, and I'm going to be following :)
I'd love to talk with you and be friends.
